Digital Directors makes available to members certain services, workshops, briefings, and other engagements ("Services") through our Website. These Services are delivered by independent third-party providers ("Service Partners") and not by Digital Directors directly.

Digital Directors facilitates the connection between members and Service Partners but does not deliver, supervise, or control the provision of these Services. Accordingly:

  • Digital Directors makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, accuracy, or outcomes of any Services provided by Service Partners;

  • to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Directors accepts no liability for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from or in connection with the engagement, delivery, or outcomes of Services provided by a Service Partner, including any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage;

  • any engagement with a Service Partner may be subject to that partner's own terms, conditions, and agreements; and

  • you are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the suitability of any Service Partner and reviewing any applicable terms before entering into an engagement.

By engaging any Service listed on this Website, you acknowledge and agree to the provisions of this clause.
